Why Pre-order?
We are only a small, young company and we are still finding our feet. Having said that, we want to make sure whoever wants a shirt, can get one! The easiest way to manage this is through pre-order. This allows us to gather order numbers, then submit those numbers to a screen-printing company for manufacturing. Unfortunately this does mean some delays, but what's that saying? Good things comes to those who wait!
Returns Policy
Please be aware that all sales are final.
It is important to consider size guides when making your purchase.
Righto Hero will only accept a return and offer a full refund if there is a manufacturing defect in your product.
Righto Hero will only accept returns of damaged products if they are unworn and unwashed. Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving the product.

Shipping
Shipping is currently available within Australia only.
All items are shipped via Australia Post as Standard Parcel Post. As per the Australia Post website, parcels have an estimated delivery time of 5-7 days. However, unfortunately due to the current spicey-cough (COVID 19) situation, there are occasionally some delays. Righto Hero apologises in advance for any delays once parcels have been posted, and also thank you for your patience with this matter.
